It's unclear if the former couple, who share an 11-year-old daughter named Everly, signed a prenuptial agreement. The prime focus of the legal proceedings - which have dragged on more than six years - centers around the distribution of money Tatum earns via the Magic Mike movie franchise. Tatum's legal team said Tuesday that the latest move from Dewan was done 'solely designed to delay the upcoming trial,' the outlet reported.
They added, 'He has made countless settlement proposals, attended multiple mediations, his attorneys have prepared numerous drafts of a proposed judgment, and he has tried to resolve issues directly.'
