A child of the ’90s, it’s no wonder that Jennifer Lawrence has a fondness for jelly shoes. Perhaps she’s healing her inner child by wearing a forbidden item from her youth, or maybe she’s just stoked about their comeback. Whatever the reason may be is between her, her therapist and the PVC-induced blisters on her feet. But what we do know for certain is that Lawrence is the proud owner of multiple pairs of jelly shoes, and she has just debuted another.
This week, Lawrence was photographed walking around New York City in a pair of clear fisherman sandals – the mother of all jellies – which join her Mara flats from The Row and an older pair of pink transparent fisherman sandals. With her translucent shoe, she wore a white tank top and loose white trousers, drawing attention to her summery Bode top: a primrose yellow button-up embroidered with blue and white beaded flowers.
