Jennifer Lawrence was spotted taking her son Cy to a park in Los Angeles on Thursday. Amidst the poor air quality caused by the week-long wildfires in the city, the 34-year-old expectant mother wore a black face mask for protection. The Oscar-winning actress, who shares her nearly three-year-old son with husband Cooke Maroney , 40, whom she married in 2019, is expecting their second child together.
Lawrence opted for a casual and comfortable look, sporting tousled blonde hair, black Adidas track pants with red stripes, and a short-sleeved, gray, graphic T-shirt over a long-sleeved white shirt. She appeared to be makeup-free under her mask and stayed hydrated throughout the outing with a tall, reusable black water bottle. Days prior, Southern California was issued air quality advisories due to multiple wildfires that released toxins and created dangerous dust levels. A source told Us Weekly in 2023 that Lawrence and Maroney were considering expanding their family. 'They’re thinking about having another child,' the insider shared. 'At first they weren’t sure if they wanted another one because it’s so much work, but they’re obsessed with Cy and love showing off videos to their friends and family,' they added. 'They’ve started warming up to the possibility of a second.' In a 2022 interview with Vogue, Lawrence gushed about the joy of motherhood, describing the birth of her son as 'feeling like my whole life had started over.' 'I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing,' she exclaimed. Lawrence and Maroney tied the knot in 2019 at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island. Paris Hilton lost her Malibu mansion in the blaze and has launched an emergency fund, starting with a $100,000 donation to other victims.
