Who Wants to Be a Millionaire host Jeremy Clarkson was forced to intervene during the latest celebrity special on Sunday night
Jeremy Clarkson had to step in to prevent a celebrity contestant from making an embarrassing exit on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, as it appeared they might not be able to answer the £100 question.
Assuring Tony that he was 'starting with an easy one,' Jeremy presented him with the options: a. Digestive b. Shortbread c. Ginger Nut or d. Hobnob. After nearly walking away empty-handed, Tony later quipped that a question about the popular film Ocean's Eleven was 'easier' than the £100 one, cheekily saying to Jeremy: "I don't know what kind of parties you go to!" Fortunately for Tony, after his initial uncertainty, his fortunes improved dramatically, and he ended up securing a win of £64,000.
