The former England football star who presented The One Show and worked as a pundit on Match of the Day, had his contract terminated by the broadcaster this week.
Jermaine Jeans has broken his silence after he was axed from the BBC over alleged inappropriate behaviour.
Top news stories today Jenas was fired by the corporation over claims of inappropriate behaviour involving a female member of BBC staff, The Mirror reports. According to BBC News, this involves digital communications, including text messages. Kay-Jelski is understood to have been heavily involved in this whole process. There is a belief Jenas will not be seen back on the BBC in the future. Jenas had been paid between £190,000 and £194,999 for his roles on the BBC according to official figures published last year.
That led to a move into broadcasting, and he started work on The One Show in 2020, before being a permanent host a year later. As well as his work for TNT on their football coverage, he also works as the main presenter for Formula E, a role he began last year.
