“When I got a record deal, I felt like I hadn’t earned it and I’ve let nerves get the better of me in the past even though I am so socially confident.

There are definitely nods to Devotion and Glasshouse in there.Ware puts the album's success down to her newfound confidence - which she says she couldn't have achieved without her podcast"I started as a dance vocalist so it felt right to let the beat dictate the energy of the track. And it’s perfect for the kitchen-dancing times we are in at the moment.
Spotlight, Save A Kiss and Adore You, which she made with Joe Mount from Metronomy, also hit the spot. This week, Ware announced she was pushing the album back a week so as not to be released on the US holiday Juneteenth , the celebration of the end of slavery.
