The primary barrier to run the international flights was approval to establish permanent, regular border services at the site. Tickets for the new route will be on sale today, including special one-way fares starting at $145, with the flights to recommence in April next year.WA tourism minister Rita Saffioti said the new flight link would expand the state's aviation capacity through the gateway to Asia.
"Just over four hours away from Singapore, Broome is an amazing destination for those looking for a holiday of a lifetime," he said.Travel and Tourism
