Police will not press charges against a man who wore a shirt glorifying the October 7 terror attack to a major NSW tourist attraction because it did not break any laws.

The witness who reported the matter to police, Steve Joffe, said he was left feeling “disappointed” after receiving a phone call informing him that police had received legal advice that the sports jersey was not in breach of current legislation. October 7 is the date Hamas terrorists invaded Israel, slaughtering 1,200 people and kidnapping more than 240 hostages.
