Along with “climate evangelist” Chris Bowen, Treasurer Jim Chalmers is becoming the “big liability” for the Albanese government, according to Sky News host Peta Credlin.
The Treasurer and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese recently flagged an overhaul of superannuation, including possible cuts to the tax concession and limits on individuals accessing their funds early.
“I can’t think of anything that’s more likely to turn the so-called teal seats than an attack on people’s assets, particularly ones that the government promised before the election would be safe,” Ms Credlin said.
