Jim Magilton has praised David Healy's achievements at Linfield as the pair prepare to lock horns at Windsor Park.
Magilton insists he has nothing but respect for Healy, who has won five Premiership titles during his time as Linfield manager, but insists his only focus on Tuesday is on Cliftonville's performance."People forget that it is his first job in management, and taking on such a huge job with the expectation and pressure. Magilton has enjoyed a smooth baptism as Cliftonville boss, since coming in to replace Paddy McLaughlin at the start of June.It has sent the North Belfast club to the top of the early standings, just above the Blues.
