The job market has cooled some since it peaked in the pandemic, but it is still relatively hot. However, many people struggle with resume writing skills, according to America's Top Career Expert.

During the pandemic jobs rebound, it seemed like if you had a pulse, you had a decent chance of filling one of the many millions of vacancies. That is a little bit of an exaggeration. But, who has been called ‘America’s Top Career Expert ’, says: It was flaming hot.
