Joe Exotic's estranged husband Dillon says he'll agree to divorce under certain conditions
Lawyers for Passage, 25, told TMZ he will agree to finalize their split. But only if he can obtain a permanent injunction banning Exotic, 39, from directly contacting him. Exotic previously said Passage 'failed to serve' him in his divorce attempt. He said Passage 'did not follow through with obtaining a divorce through the legal system'. Passage said he sent a divorce agreement to Exotic in September of 2021.
Exotic allegedly said last September that would 'be a cold day in hell before I sign these papers'. However Exotic has now filed for divorce himself and his lawyer says an arrangement can be made if Passage's conditions are 'reasonable'. The couple initially tied the knot on December 11, 2017. Exotic was incarcerated in January 2020 in a murder-for-hire plot. He was also taken in for many wildlife law violations.
