At one point things got so bad that Sophie filed a child abduction claim against Joe, though she asked the judge to dismiss it in January.
They could also travel to anywhere in the US and the UK, meaning that Turner could bring the girls to England, which she previously claimed would be their 'forever home.' The court filing from Turner's lawyer Stephen Cullen called the mediation 'ongoing and productive' and that the custody sharing comes 'in anticipation of an amicable resolution of all issues.'The stars confirmed they were set to divorce in a joint statement posted to Instagram: 'After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually agreed to amicably end our marriage.
Soon after, sources close to Joe came forward claiming that Sophie had been out partying too much, leaving him alone to look after their daughters. 'I would call my lawyer saying,"I can't do this. I just can't." I was just never strong enough to stand up for myself. 'I was contracted to be on set for another two weeks, so I couldn't leave. My kids were in the States and I couldn't get to them because I had to finish Joan. And all these articles started coming out…' the star trailed off.
