Hollywood star Adam Sandler has received health advice from his old friend about how to get fit and stay healthy.The comedian appeared on Joe Rogan's Spotify podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, where he opened about dropping the ball on his fitness regimen and how he did not love his body.Rogan, who is known to be fit and a fan of martial arts, advised the Little Nicky star to start getting healthy again. He added that it should be easy for Sandler because 'you got money.
Start slow, where it's maintainable, and then slowly build up.'So you give yourself new goals. And the thing is people try to go too hard... The whole key is just give your body enough where it's pushing it, but it's not exhausted.'Rogan added: 'You're not breaking your body down. You're just strengthening it slowly... over time, you slowly start to morph your body back into a good condition.'Everybody just goes too hard, they try to go too crazy.
