Largie Ramazani's second half strike earned Leeds United a share of the spoils
Norwich City chief Johannes Hoff Thorup has given his thoughts on their home draw with Leeds United. The Canaries, who were looking for three straight wins, grabbed an 18th minute lead on a miserable evening at Carrow Road through Josh Sargent’s penalty after a rash foul by Joe Rodon.
The draw stretched City's unbeaten home run to 19 matches. ; not since November 1972 have they had a longer such run . Thorup said: "So much intensity. So much going on. The game changed a little from time to time with Leeds on the ball, then us, then them, then us. Overall as expected. "What I felt before the game, when I looked the players in the eyes, they were believing we could get the three points and that's what I think you saw out there. We took our chances, knowing there was moments in the game we had to defend, we were in our low block for maybe too long but that's how it is against a strong team like Leeds. I would say this was up there with our best performance of the season.
