Mike Tyson is helping Francis Ngannou prepare for his fight with Tyson Fury John Fury has branded Mike Tyson a ‘traitor’ ahead of Tyson Fury’s fight against Francis Ngannou. Fury faces Ngannou, the former UFC heavyweight champion, in Saudi Arabia on October 28 for his WBC heavyweight title. The fight will be Ngannou’s professional boxing debut and the 37-year-old has enlisted the help of former heavyweight champion Tyson to help him prepare.
’ John Fury has vowed to confront Mike Tyson in Saudi Arabia Fury has also raised doubts about Ngannou’s ability after watching footage of the MMA fighter’s open workout with Tyson. ‘I hope he’s kidding along and he’s playing possum here,’ Fury said last month. ‘I hope that’s a joke and intended to be a laugh. Because if it’s not, he ain’t got a prayer. He ain’t got a cat in hell’s chance. He won’t get out of the first round. It’s probably going to be Tyson’s quickest knockout.
