The John Wick franchise is expanding.
Summary A sequel series to John Wick: Chapter 4 is in development from Chad Stahelski and Keanu Reeves. Reeves is known for starring as the titular John Wick in the John Wick franchise. The franchise began in 2014 and has since had four films in the main franchise. Stahelski is the director of all four John Wick movies, the most recent of which, John Wick: Chapter 4, was released last year in 2023.
Now, Deadline has revealed that a sequel show to John Wick: Chapter 4 is in development. The series will be called John Wick: Under the High Table and will be set in the same universe as the popular film franchise. Reeves and Stahelski will both executive produce the series, and the latter will also direct Under the High Table's pilot episode. The John Wick TV series will pick up right where John Wick 4 left off, exploring where the world of the High Table is at.
