Last week Judge Michael Gaffey denied a motion by Majors' legal team to set aside his conviction, saying there was"a reasonable view of the evidence to support that Defendant acted recklessly" during the encounter with Jabbari, Jabbari, a 31-year-old British dancer, accused Majors of striking her face, twisting her arm, and shoving her into a vehicle during the March altercation.arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault and criminal mischief.
