The last sighting of Joy Morgan was at a Christmas celebration at her church in Ilford in east London on Boxing Day.
Police have charged a man with the murder of missing Hertfordshire University student Joy Morgan, who has not been seen since Boxing Day.The charge comes almost three weeks after Ms Morgan, who would have turned 21 earlier this month, was reported missing on 7 February.
The last sighting of her was at a Christmas celebration at her church in Ilford in east London on 26 December. People on her midwifery course heard from her on WhatsApp the following day, but there has been no sign of her since, with her bank cards and mobile phone having remained unused.Her family have issued an appeal for her to come home, saying:"We love you, we miss you. Wherever you are, text or call so that we know you are alright.
