Police released bodycam video of a judge getting arrested after she struck an officer.
An Atlanta police officer was working outside a nightclub when he heard a commotion around 3:18 a.m. and went to investigate,The officers saw several people in a physical dispute when then first arrived at the scene of the commotion and security at the nightclub were attempting to separate the people in the argument. The police hopped in to help de-escalate the situation.
Police then said an unidentified female rushed toward the officer while he was trying to de-escalate the incident and struck him. The officer then handcuffed the woman and quickly moved out from the scene as people were starting to form a large group around them. Once the woman was in the back of the cop car, police tried to get her name and information to process her but she refused to provide her information.
"You can google me and find me anywhere in America," said the woman arrested while still refusing to give officers her name.Peterson was charged with Simple Battery Against a Police Officer and Felony Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers.
