DOTHAN, Ala. - A judge set an August hearing after which she could decide whether an Ozark woman charged withA motion filed by Billy Joe Sheffield II, Wendy Woodham’s attorney, asked Dale County Circuit Judge Kimberly Crawford to issue an order based on the findings of a mental evaluation.Investigators allege that Woodham refused to feed her mother, didn’t change her diaper, and denied the 81-year-old medical treatment after she fell on the floor.
