A Fulton County judge has dismissed several counts against former President Donald Trump and five others in a case involving an alleged attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia . Trump was charged with three of the six counts that were quashed. The other defendants, including Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani, had also pleaded not guilty.
Trump's lawyer, Steve Sadow, stated that the court's decision is a correct application of the law as the prosecution failed to provide specific allegations of wrongdoing
