Johnson can not practice any form of law as a condition of his bond.
Court records show Johnson’s attorneys asked Circuit Judge Burt Smithart to reinstate his bond after he was taken into custody following last week’s guilty verdict.
His bond was reinstated at $30,000. He will also be allowed to keep his current job as a truck driver for H&M Farms. Johnson was found guilty of six ethics violations during a jury trial last week.
