They added that all fans who have purchased tickets via SISTIC will receive a full refund and no further action will be necessary.SISTIC reminded its patrons for their patience as they are"anticipating a high volume of refunds" and that refund may take up to"3 billing cycles or longer" depending on their payment method.Meanwhile, SM Tickets, the concert's other official ticket vendor, have yet to release an official statement regarding the cancellation.
