The four-time Big South Coach of the year guided the Camels to five NCAA Regionals and won seven NCAA tournament games. Haire is focused on locking down the borders in recruiting, but reiterates the priority is building a roster to contend for championships and bring OSU back into the national conversation.
Haire has developed 13 MLB draft picks including Zach Neto, who was drafted by the Angels in 2022 and called up directly from Double-A in April of 2023. Haire believes the key to a successful program is developing talent and establishing a family in the clubhouse.
