Justin Timberlake seen for first time after drink-driving arrest Justin Timberlake has been charged with one count of driving while intoxicated after being pulled over by police for running a stop sign. The singer was driving in the Hamptons when the incident occurred, reports PA, with police following him after he allegedly drove past a stop sign.
