K-pop group Tomorrow X Together ’s new album topped the weekly chart with 1.92 million copies sold.They became the first K-pop group since BTS to record sales of more than 1.8 million copies on the first day of release of a new album.
Korea’s Hanteo Chart released its weekly physical album chart for Jan. 23 to 29. Based on this, “The Name Chapter: Temptation” grabbed the No. 1 spot with sales of 1,923,485 copies, an accomplishment TXT achieved in three days. After “The Name Chapter: Temptation” sold 1,868,919 copies on the first day, it recorded 28,810 copies in sales on Jan. 28 and 25,756 copies on Jan. 29.
