Kai Widdrington has enjoyed a day out with his former Strictly Come Dancing celeb partner after news broke that he has split from stunning pro dancer girlfriend Nadiya Bychkova .

They added that the pair were keen not to let the break-up affect the forthcoming series of Strictly, saying: "After a tough few weeks, they sat down together and decided to call it quits." Alongside him was Angela, 79, who was smiling in an elegant green suit at the State Opening of Parliament as they watched the King's horses and posed alongside Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle.
