Kanye's new album might be on hold.
Kanye West is looking at smaller labels for his new album with Ty Dolla $ign Kanye West has been a rap icon since the early 2000s but his new album has been repeatedly rejected by labels amid antisemitism rows. Major record labels reportedly won’t go near West, 46, for what would be his 11th studio album, following Donda in 2021. West, who has been galavanting across Europe this summer with wife Bianca Censori, 28, has already recorded the entire album with Ty Dolla $ign.
That’s not to say the songs won’t see the light of day as five lesser known labels are vying for the release, including Too Lost which West is already working with. Ty Dolla $ign has collaboared on the album West has been criticised for wife Bianca’s outfits in Europe The small label, which launched two years ago, already holds the rights to the Stronger rapper’s songs on YouTube so could go all in on the star.
