Kate Ferdinand has revealed she had to wake up early this morning on Tuesday 12 October to fit in a workout before the school run.
Re-posting clips from her personal trainer Michael Evans, one video saw Kate doing full body push ups as she lay flat on the floor before lifting herself up. A second clip showed Kate, who was dressed in a skin-tight black top with matching leggings and black Nike trainers, pulling a weighted rack to one side of the room before then pushing it back to the other.
It comes after the TV personality and Rio were surprised by their family as they arrived home from a holiday. Rio and Kate Ferdinand "Love from your jelly babies," it finished, followed by each of their hand prints.
