Kate Ferdinand has spoken about her intense fitness routine
Kate Ferdinand has opened up about her wellness regime and her intense workouts, during a recent interview.
Despite her busy life raising four children, the busy mum has been able to prioritise her health and restart her 5 am HIIT workouts at her stunning home in Kent, which features an impressive home gym. She added: "I feel like everyone always wants to go gym, and get their hair done and look good but I have started trying to take care internally - and I feel like that might be helping."
The busy mum will often drink the veggie smooth half an hour after she wakes, and listed the benefits including improving your skin and bloating.
