Kate Ferdinand has proved there's simply no stopping to achieve the body you want as she worked out on the beach while on holiday with her family.
Kate, who recently fell mid-workout after returning to the gym following her four-week break, continued by explaining exactly how to do her routine as she said: "Set a timer, I done this for 20 minutes but you can always start with less. Every minute on the minute do 2 exercises - I chose squats & lunges.
Earlier this week Kate and Rio, 41, left fans reeling with jealousy as they posted an enviable snap of them enjoying Christmas on a beautiful beach.
