Princess Kate has hired public relations guru and celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's former head of campaigns, Alison Corfield, as her new top “ball-breaker” aide at Kensington Palace.

The Princess of Wales has appointed a new “ball-breaker” private secretary who is a"real straight-talker" and guaranteed to “shake things up” at Kensington Palace.

The “persuasive” mother-of-three who is described as “loud” and “out there” spearheaded both Jamie's childhood obesity and free school meal campaigns.“She is a bit out there for Kensington Palace, but there is a move to recruit more modernisers and people with private sector experience, not just civil servants,” a royal insider told The Sunday Times."She will be a massive breath of fresh air at Kensington Palace.
