The Princess Of Wales appeared to turn away when Queen Camilla gave King Charles a 'stern' pep talk as he struggled to control his troubled horse during Trooping Of The Colour
The Princess of Wales made a swift head-turn gesture away from Queen Camilla during Trooping Of The Colour on Saturday.
The armed forces were out on display as they honoured the new King for his birthday. King Charles became the first monarch in over 37 years to ride a horse in the parade, as he was in charge of Noble. The expert thinks the historic event may have been slightly clouded by Charles' troubled horse because the monarch was rarely able to achieve the formal position that his family members did on horseback.
"Meaning, instead of offering a smile of pride and support, her body language suggested she was giving a rather stern-looking pep-talk than involved frowning and some firm-looking head baton nods." Kate appeared not to get involved in the conversation between the King and Queen.
