Kate Middleton delighted royal fans when she returned to the spotlight at the Wimbledon final over the weekend. The Princess of Wales, who is now known as Princess Kate, looked radiant in a purple dress as she attended the men's final with nine-year-old daughter Charlotte and sister Pippa.
It comes after Kate, 42, revealed in March she had been undergoing treatment for cancer that was discovered during planned abdominal surgery. She explained: 'It was a long held promise that Kate would take Charlotte to the finals as a special treat. 'Kate was taught by her dad Michael. William was taught by his mum Diana, and tennis is a big family thing on both sides.
She said she was 'making good progress' with chemotherapy, but would still need a 'few more months' of treatment.
