The Royal Family is known for their hilarious tradition of gifting each other joke presents at Christmas, with past gifts including a leather loo seat, a 'grow your own girlfriend kit' and even a shower cap emblazoned with "Ain't life a b****". But there was one gift from Kate that broke the mould.
She continued: "I was thinking, 'Gosh, what should I give her? ' I thought back to what I would give my own grandparents. And I thought, 'I'll make her something,' which could have gone horribly wrong. But I decided to make my granny's recipe for chutney." In the touching documentary, Kate opened up about a heartwarming tradition the late Queen Elizabeth II had for her great-grandkids. The Princess of Wales shared: " always leaves a little gift or something in their room when we go and stay, and that just shows her love for her family.
