William and Kate's youngest child, Prince Louis, will celebrate his sixth birthday tomorrow and his mum has a sweet tradition she follows the night before.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are gearing up for a joyous occasion tomorrow as their youngest, Prince Louis, celebrates his sixth birthday. The royal youngster is sure to be showered with love from his family, including doting parents and siblings, as he marks this special milestone.
She elaborated on her festive labour of love, admitting: "It's become a bit of a tradition that I stay up 'til midnight with ridiculous amounts of cake mix and icing and I make far too much. But I love it." William and Kate's youngest son has returned to his private school in Berkshire alongside his siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, following their Easter break.
The video was released to coincide with the school break, allowing the family to shield their children from the news coverage. Kate, sitting on a bench in casual clothing, said: "It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be OK.
The prince, clearly touched, responded: "Thank you, you are very kind". When Rachel urged the future king to take care of Kate, he reassuringly placed his hand on her shoulder and vowed, "I will".
