Kate Middleton faced 'cutting comment' from late Queen after wedding gift revamp
As we are in the middle of the school summer holidays, it's likely that the Prince and Princess of Wales will be spending some time at their country retreat.
The Princess of Wales was said to have been at the forefront of the renovation operations, with one of the stand-out rooms being the huge open-plan kitchen, the Mirror reports. "They have one of those big kitchens with eating areas, and she said 'I can't understand why everybody spends their time in the kitchen'."
Since then, the Wales family have given fans another glimpse behind the scenes during a sneak peek video filmed inside their London home over the Coronation weekend.
