The annual growth in America’s gross domestic product, or GDP, the value of all the goods and services the economy produces, was similar during the Trump administration than it was under President Obama, according to Poynter. “Under President Trump, we had the strongest economy in history,” Britt said. “You didn’t need to go into debt just to make ends meet.”
