On a recent Instagram clip, many took to the comments to voice their fears for Katie's health, as they declared she was getting 'far too skinny'. And she has proudly displayed her weight loss on her social media and during public events, showcasing her tiny waist and legs on Tuesday at the launch party for the new series of Geordie Shore
'You should be ashamed promoting this weight. It is unhealthy and sets a bad example for young people. We do not need to go back to heroin chic!' But a representative for Katie insisted to MailOnline at the time: 'Katie has always been tiny and she's recently been enjoying going to the gym more and getting herself into a routine with exercise etc which has been beneficial for her overall well being.'
