Katie Price could be facing prison if she misses her upcoming bankruptcy hearing
Katie, 43, is set to return to court in order to get out of paying off a £3.2 million debt.
Katie would be found in contempt of court if she fails to appear without prior notification to the judge in her case. A source at The Sun said: “Katie is due back next month – the debt is huge and it's unlikely she'll be able to pay it all back.Katie’s representative told The Sun that she is doing all she can to resolve the issue.
They said: “Katie continues to work closely with her trustees and creditors to resolve the terms of her bankruptcy.Katie had managed to avoid bankruptcy in August of 2019 after being given twelve weeks to rectify the issue.
