They confirmed to the clerk that they had previously made an application for the licence online to speed up the process. An eyewitness told The Sun: “Katie and Carl really did look head over heels in love and a little bit nervous about their wedding. The pair landed in Sin City late on Tuesday night after the reality star was booted off a connecting flight from New York when she was told to put a mask on.
