Estate agents didn't mention the famous former owner, instead trying to hook buyers interested in the 'reinstatement of the tennis court and swimming pool'
It can't be all that easy finding buyers for a property that for years has been dubbed the Mucky Mansion - but Katie Price's former home has been sold, just weeks after the star was forced to leave.
However, 46-year-old Katie probably won't be celebrating since the profit on the property is likely to be swallowed up by her debts. The listing continued: "Offering the opportunity for refurbishment to potentially create an impressive family house with mature grounds including potential reinstatement of the tennis court and swimming pool and enhancements of the paddock and land."
