Katie Price slammed by fans as she shares what she eats in a day

Katie Price is being criticised by fans online who've accused her of 'glorifying' very low calorie diets after she revealed that she sometimes eats fewer than 800 calories a day

The former glamour model turned TV personality shared a video with fans in which she revealed that she sometimes eats as little 755 calories a day.The star, who reportedly thinks a threatened prison stint could end up helping her career, filmed herself as she tucked into a pot of porridge for breakfast, a light wrap for lunch and a chicken curry for dinner.

Another added: “Wow that’s really low calories. I hope you aren’t doing this regularly surely it’s not enough?!" It also states that, if you’re looking to lose weight, the average person should reduce their calorie intake by around 600. In July 2023, Katie shared another video which followed her as she enjoyed another pot of porridge from a diet company, a light sandwich and a packet of spicy pasta for dinner.
