Days before Carl was charged, the couple went out to celebrate his 33rd birthday – and Katie showed off her new look following her latest round of surgery in Belgium. “Right now, she doesn’t want any more surgery. She’s content. She feels this is a fresh start to her life with Carl, her children and her career.”
