The star - who made headlines last month after she was spotted with her ex-husband Benjamin Walker, five months after their split - wore her hair in loose waves. The steamy movie will include some very intimate scenes including one of Nicole's character masturbating after having sex with her husband, played by Antonio Banderas.
Nicole oozed confidence on the red carpet despite recently admitting she felt 'vulnerable' filming the intimate sex scenes, noting that she didn't feel 'brave' enough to watch her own film. Adding inches to her athletic frame, she slipped into a pair of black open-toe heels and wore an array of silver jewellery for her choice of accessories
Sigourney said ahead of receiving the prize: 'I am truly honoured to receive the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement from La Biennale di Venezia.'
