Loose Women star Kaye Adams has shared her “tuppence worth” after MasterChef host Gregg Wallace hit out at “middle-class women of a certain age” for complaining about his behaviour. Gregg, who stepped aside from the BBC show earlier this week amid an investigation into complaints about alleged misconduct, addressed the claims in an Instagram video on Sunday, 1 December.
She said: “I was on MasterChef, but my cooking was so b****y awful I wasn't there long enough to be able to gauge anyone’s behaviour. However, as a middle aged woman of a certain age, I would like to say this, Gregg Wallace is missing the point here. Kaye’s post comes after Gregg hit back at allegations of historic misconduct, claiming that they have come from a “handful of middle-class women of a certain age”. In a video shared on Instagram, he stated: “I have been doing Masterchef for 20 years - amateur, celebrity and professional MasterChef and I think in that time I have worked with over 4,000 contestants of all different ages, all different backgrounds and all walks of life.
