Roy Keane disagreed with Harry Maguire's comments about Man United's character after Sunday's FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry City.
Despite Antony's decision to cup his ears and taunt the Coventry City players who had done their supporters proud, Manchester United cannot look back on Sunday's semi-final at Wembley with an ounce of fondness. Despite reaching their second successive FA Cup final, the pattern of the game has pushed Erik ten Hag closer to the brink.
Keane, speaking in the immediate aftermath of Maguire's post-match chat on the Wembley turf with one of the rights holders, said: "We have the same conversation about United every week. All they do is play in moments. They concede so many chances. Keane's disagreement with Maguire's take on United showing 'great character' was hardly surprising, such is the way their season has unfolded. The Reds find themselves on a four-game winless run in the Premier League and have not won a match in 90 minutes in any of their last six.
