Prime Minister Keir Starmer speaking at the Labour conference in Liverpool during a Q&A session said he was a 'leaner-in' who does not want to keep artificial intelligence technology (AI) at 'arms length'.

Sir Keir Starmer will today declare there is 'light at the end of the tunnel' for the country as he pledges to lead a 'great reforming government'.
