Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has revealed he has heard the club’s Friedkin Group takeover will be complete “within the next two weeks”., the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – insisted the completion will allow the Toffees to land their top January targets.
It has been widely reported that American billionaire Dan Friedkin has already started the hiring process for a new CEO at Goodison Park, despite not yet completing the deal.
